  • If a doctor is unavailable for the scheduled appointment, a full refund will be issued to the user.
  • If a user cancels the appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, they may be eligible for a refund (subject to doctor’s policy).
  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If a user fails to attend the appointment without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
